We generally operate smaller machines in city centres and larger machines for longer-range deliveries. Former Met Police instructors at Hendon offer training and a minimum requirement is a current CBT before role specific training is offered.

Geographic knowledge and route planning, mobile data systems & training in handling specific blood products and specimens are part of the training process. These positions are unlikely to be filled by candidates under 25 for insurance criteria. Periodic refresher courses are mandatory as are CRB & DVLA Checks.

We welcome applications from all sections of society and particularly candidates with experience of working in healthcare or hospital settings with checkable references.

We have the honour of bearing the standard for “Harley St Runners” the original medical messengers from London’s “ “Medical Mile” We operate an walking service around Harley St with the lowest carbon footprint possible, backed up by cycle messengers who are trained in the same handling procedures and motorcycle messengers. The same standards & requirements are applicable to cycle couriers and walkers to qualify for employment.
