Medical Services passenger cars offer a reliable and cost effective means of transport for you, your staff or your patients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are licensed by the Public Carriage Office as a private hire vehicle operator in London. We have also been accredited with ISO9001 Quality Assured status and have extensive insurance and public liability cover for all our vehicles and passengers. We provide very smart late model 4 to 7 seater cars, which are air-conditioned and have direct radio and cellular contact with our control centre. A variety of vehicles cater for all patients and passengers' needs and includes dual wheelchair people carriers, unmarked saloon and MPVs and high visibility marked ambulance cars. We can also provide mini-buses and coaches for larger groups.

Our professional team of drivers have to meet strict criteria, including security vetting, knowledge tests and ongoing training. Projecting the right image is very important, so as well as immaculate cars, our drivers are uniformed and easily identifiable, including photo identification for added security. As well as being helpful and courteous, our carefully selected team of drivers are patient and discreet when it comes to helping those passengers that are in need of extra attention. We pride ourselves on their ability to provide the highest levels of safety and comfort to our passengers.

Please note, in normal circumstances, Medical Services do not transport clients in their own electric wheelchairs. If, in an exceptional case we are required to transport a client in their own electric wheelchair; Medical Services do not accept any liability.
